The gift code is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
The gift amount is non-refundable, either totally nor partially.
If you request delivery by mail or courier, please note that we will prepare and send it the following (business) day after your request. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.
If, in addition to downloading the online voucher , you request to pick up your physical gift box at the restaurant, you can do so during the restaurant’s opening hours, from 1:00 pm to 1:30pm and from 8:00pm to 8:30pm.
It is essential to make a reservation in advance to enjoy the gift.
Reservations are subject to the restaurant’s availability. On days with special menus, the gift code cannot be redeemed.
You can make a reservation by phone (+34 96 394 60 79) or by providing the code when booking online.
It is essential that you provide the gift code in advance of your reservation date.
If you do not show up for your reservation, you will lose the right to enjoy your gift on another date.
